The Trump Card Privileges Program is the rewards program for Trump Hotels, which offers exclusive benefits and privileges for members, as well as the ability to earn points toward complimentary nights. There is no cost to join.

As a Trump Card member, you will unlock access to:

•    Personalized stays based on your travel preferences
•    Complimentary room & suite upgrades, as available
•    Priority early check-in and late check-out
•    Greater levels of recognition at the Gold and Platinum levels

If you have recently visited a Trump Hotels destination, and were sent an invitation to Join Trump Card, you will need to click the link in the Invitation email in order to complete your membership. 

There is no cost to join. Membership in the Trump Card Privileges Program is complimentary.

You can add your Trump Card member card to your Apple Wallet and Google Pay.

• Sign into your Trump Card account from a mobile device
• Go to your Dashboard
• Click "Your Member Card"

We are not providing physical member cards at this time.

Upon joining the Trump Card Privileges Program, you are given Privileges status and can immediately begin enjoying member benefits. Gold status is awarded when you reach 15 qualifying nights in a calendar year. Platinum status is awarded when you reach 30 qualifying nights in a calendar year. 

Once you reach the Gold and Platinum status levels, you will keep it for the remainder of the calendar year and the following calendar year. If you do not meet the qualifying number of nights in the following calendar year, you will be downgraded by one status level. 

As of January 1, 2020, earned points do not expire. All Trump Card memberships will remain active. 

Preferred member rates are only available when booking directly through Trump Hotels. 

You must be signed in to your Trump Card account to view these special rates during the booking process. You can also take advantage of these rates when booking by phone.

You can sign in to your Trump Card account before or during the booking process to ensure that your member status is reflected.

If you booked a stay without signing in, we can still recognize you as a member if the email address used is the same on both your reservation and your Trump Card account.

If the above scenarios do not apply or if you are booking a stay via phone, you can provide your name and member status so that Member Services can adjust your reservation. 

Qualifying stays must be booked directly through the Trump Hotels website or by calling Member Services.

You can earn points on any stay booked on a qualifying rate, including:

• Best Unrestricted Rate
• Negotiated Corporate
• Qualified Discounts
• Group Rates
• Promotions
• Packages
• Consortia

If staying on a Group Rate, you can only earn points on the room where you are staying.

No, rates booked through third-party sites do not qualify for points.

Members can receive points for qualifying stays on up to five (5) rooms. In order to receive points, all rooms must be booked under the member's name.

You can earn points on a group stay for the room where you are staying.

If you are a meeting planner or are booking 50+ total room nights, you can receive rewards from our Planner Privileges program. However, you cannot earn points on the Trump Card Privileges Program.

To book a stay using points:

• Sign in to your Trump Card account
• Select your desired hotel, travel dates, and other stay criteria
• On the Rates page, select "Free Night Redemption Rate" for your desired room type. 
• If you have enough points to cover a complimentary night, you will be able to complete your booking using points.

As of January 1, 2020, earned points do not expire.

Trump Hotels will make standard rooms & suites available for redemption every day. However, certain Trump Hotels destinations may limit the number of rooms available for redemption.

Please call Member Services to redeem your points for a complimentary night.

We currently do not offer a cash + points redemption option. You must have enough points to cover the full redemption value.

Please allow 72 business hours after check-out for your stay and points to post to your account. 

You can complete a Missing Stay Request if you do not see points from a past stay. Please note that it may take up to 72 business hours after check-out for your stay and points to post. Any stays completed prior to joining the Trump Card program are not eligible for award points.

Member Services agents can be reached 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays.

Sign in to your online account and click 'Member Services' to view your dedicated member services number. You can also access this number from your mobile wallet member card.
